This was my 1 year old first time going to a dentist and let me just say he is not the easiest when going to the doctors. This facility is very intimate, clean and bright. I’m a person who instantly catches a vibe when I walk in somewhere and this experience was very pleasant. I am now going to transfer my 6year old about to be 7 year old over to this facility. The patient registrar was very nice and knowledgeable. The Dr was quick and efficient and so was his assistant. FYI they have a little game area that is nice as well with games and a chalk board and tv. I highly recommend.

Update: took my 7 year old to his appt and he absolutely loved the place. And not to mention they have the option of the laughing gas. His dentist before only gave the option of anesthesia and honestly that scared me. My child has some cavities so, he will have to get fillings and caps. Everyone is so pleasant there. The one billing rep even took the time to break down each visit cost for me. Great place.!

My son is 2.5 years old and has sensory issues especially when it comes to his teeth. He was all smiles and waving to everyone in the waiting area but as soon as he saw the gowned technician he started to shake his head and cry. The technician and dentist were both so great with him and worked quickly and efficiently. This was our second visit and both times were positive experiences from the front staff to the exam and check up itself with the dentist.

The staff at Ardmore Pediatric Dental Association we’re very welcoming during our visit. They educated and engaged with my 4 y/o while taking care of her teeth. She was very comfortable and enjoyed her visit!

This was my daughter’s first time going to the dentist. Everyone that we worked with was super pleasant. The receptionist was was warm and welcoming. The technician that cleaned her teeth explained how she would use every tool that she used and even let my baby touch them to reassure her that it would not hurt. The experience was so nice that my daughter can’t wait to go back for her 6 month cleaning!

Although my daughter was crying the minute we walked in everyone was super sweet and helpful throughout the whole process. From explaining in detail on what’s going to happen to when it actually happened to trying to cheer her up after she was finished. And even helped me carry her things. Just sooo sweet and nice. I loved that they gave us a token for a little prize at the end. The ladies in there were so helpful!
