From the very start to the running spa, we are EXTREMELY HAPPY with the entire process. The guidance, information, quality, and follow-ups that we received could not have been any better. Period. The quality of the spa is 1 thing, that we are very happy with, but the company procedure of doing business with, is way above our expectations, and how they stand by their product. Again Very Happy.

Absolutely the smoothest buying experience I’ve ever had . Amanda A. Was amazing. She worked with us closely to make sure our hard earned money was going into EXACTLY what we wanted instead of being pushed into something they want us to purchase . Amanda promptly returned emails and calls throughout the entire process without fail. Our new spa is a dream. Dr wellness tranquility g6 has all I could ask for and more that fit into my budget. Delivery was less than 4 weeks and was handled efficiently. I have soaked in my spa every night since October and I love my spa even more . Don’t be fooled by the bad reviews people…everyone has a bad experience somewhere so, don’t let that stop you from calling Amanda.

I did try to shop locally at various stores and was met with less than positive vibes and way over budget period !

Bought my first hot tub from Aqua Living in November 2022, and the process was so easy! Tom D was so very helpful, and available to answer all of my questions. His advice was very helpful, and he was able to deliver the spa in 1 week!! The spa is BEAUTIFUL, with all the bells and whistles, without the hefty price tag that other spas are selling for. I’ll be recommending Tom to all of my family and friends who are in the market for a spa!!

I had been hearing horror stories from friends of mine that had dealt with 2 other companies. From the moment I contacted Aqua Living it was a pleasure. They got back to me right away and explained all the available spas and options. The website was great and provided all the information I needed. I was looking for a larger spa that was deeper than the one we had for 28 years. When we agreed on a very good price I was ready to buy. What surprised me was the fact that my spa was being built to my specifications and would be shipped in 6 to 8 weeks. My friends had to wait months for theirs. One friend was still waiting since October 2021.
The hard top is magnificent. We received our spa in 8 weeks and it was delivered and placed precisely where we wanted it. They also took the old spa away.
I highly recommend Aqua Living to anyone wanting great service, high quality products and fair prices.
