    I was not sleeping well so I went to see a Sleep Dr! He scheduled a sleep study at this clinic. Prior to the visit, I received two calls. One was general health and insurance info. The second was a few days before for a COVID screening. Once I answered, she and I pleasantly ended the call. She didn't tell me to bring anything but ins and ID! She should have much more clear that not even a gown was provided. As I prepared for my 9pm appointment, I showered and grabbed some PJ's! In arrived early was greeted by Ms. Brittany who was very professional throughout the night. She was also very knowledgeable when it came to her job. During the night when she has to come in to reattach the electrodes, she was gently and considerate that I was trying to sleep. Once I began the study, I layed in the very soft bed that seemed comfortable while I was sitting on the edge. As the night went on, I felt like it was too soft and I was sinking. I don't feel as though I slept, but the Technician said that I did. My room was right by their control so I could hear very clearly another woman talking as if people weren't trying to sleep. I mentioned this to my tech. She did close the door to their room. But I could still hear the lady a few times throughout the night, along with doors closing. The room was cold so she gave me two more blankets. I should have bought my own. When the morning came, I was awaken, given more forms and a quick breathing exercise. I thanked Ms. B for her knowledge and left. I don't think that I slept well at all. I went home and knocked right out for four more hours. There, I tossed and turned. I was hooked up to too much wires to even get comfy.
