I'm sorry so many people were dealing with unfriendly people here in the past but in my case I was talking to a nice black Lady front desk and another nice bearded back gentleman. Don't know their names. But they were helpful and respectful to me. Gave me a door immediately even then I was 6 hours early! The only complain is I asked if they let me to stay 3 more hours to get my 10 back but they refused to. Other than that great experience and I like to come back.

(October 31, 2022, 10:33 am)Had a good experience. I got here in the midnight. They have lots of parking spaces available if you got here late in the night. Don't worry come and park and wait for your appointment time. Unloading is fast may be they lumper fee to someone. But any way good experience.
