(January 10, 2023, 9:42 pm)Beautiful campus. I personally loved the newly opened indoor recreational coplex. The university was founded in 1958 by the Bernardine Franciscan Sisters. Any high school graduate interested in attending a prestigious university at a reasonable cost, should add Alvernia to their short list. Located 1 hour from Bethlehem near Reading taking route 222.

(May 11, 2022, 6:17 pm)The nature center is open. They have a working bee hive that you can see. The bee's can go in and out through a connection in the wall. They also have two box turtles on display, and some baby trout in an aquarium.

(August 31, 2021, 7:08 am)Beautiful campus! Grounds are beautiful. Staff and students are beyond nice, respectful and helpful. Nice dorm rooms. Clean buildings.
