(June 5, 2020, 10:57 am)Their mulch prices are the best I could find locally. I had an issue with delivery. I was told to expect my mulch today, but not giving a window of time when to expect it. I received a call at 7:55 a.m. telling me that he'd be here in 20 minutes. I told him that I'm working from home and I would definitely be speaking with a client at that time, so could he come in 30 or 40 minutes. He told me he had a strict schedule to stick with. this seemed a little weird considering he obviously had a tight schedule but I was given no idea when to expect this delivery, for which I still had to pay him. What if I hadn't been home during the 20 minute window he supposedly HAD to use? Might be nice if they'd give a timing estimate if they're going to be so strict.
