I am not a local, but needed a quick check for a tire issue. Called Alexander's and Shane told me to bring in my car and they would help me out. Shane was at the desk when I arrived and was very helpful and friendly. Technician made sure my car was safe to drive, which is exactly what I needed to know. Very kind staff and will be my go to garage when I am down in this area.

Friendly atmosphere. Scheduled my appointment a few weeks ahead of time and was sent reminders. Was taken immediately upon arrival and completed in a timely manner.

My wife and I have been bringing our vehicles to this location for about a year now mostly for oil changes/maintainance and are very satisifed with the level of service and professionalism! The quality of work done is top notch at fair prices. I recently had a misfiring issue with my 2016 Honda Civic and the issue was handled perfectly. My car with over 200,000 miles on it runs like new! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!

As always, Alexander's Automotive took great care of my car's repair in a very timely manner. I am particularly impressed with the patience shown to me when I ask questions as well as the way my car's issues are explained to me. I don't like to show up without an appointment, but my 'check engine' light was flashing and I thought it best to drive straight there. Knowing they were very busy, it was a pleasant surprise that my car's issue was handled as quickly as it was.
