This is the second time I have used Alderfer and they always do a great job. Our shower doors look fantastic, the installer was professional, clean, and prompt. I would definitely recommend Alderfer and would use them again without hesitation.

Alderfer Glass replaced two windows in our kitchen renovation and provided "water" glass for cabinet doors. Everything was installed flawlessly and professional. You can tell their sales staff and installers really know what they are doing.

Of course, with anything, there are sometimes small issues. In our case, the screens that were with two of our Provia window were loose. (Provia's fault.) Alderfer was quick to replace them under warranty and everything is now perfect.

I just wanted to compliment the team that did our 23 window install in Quakertown. Words can't express the level of professionalism that they showed, and the cleanliness that they left the house in. Each employee was courteous and willing to go above and beyond their job. They explained why the previous windows were in bad shape, showed us where they were failing and how Alderfer was going to ensure that our windows were secure and we wouldn't need to worry following the installation. They demonstrated how the windows worked and made sure we were comfortable operating the windows. They were on time each day, leaving the yard spotless and the inside when they were finished seemingly untouched. In today's world of spotty craftsmanship, your team proved there are still talented and knowledgeable employees willing to go above and beyond to get the job completed.

I have been banking at this branch for 43 years, since 1978 when I first moved to town. I have nothing to complain about, the people are always friendly and I never have any issues.

I just wanted to share a recent experience that i had with Shirley at TD bank customer service in Marlton.
I had a banking issue that needed prompt attention . Shirley tried to resolve it in the bank but the department she called was closed .
She was told that she had to email them and would call me when they had emailed her back. I didn’t think I would hear back for a while if at all. To my surprise, Shirley called me back later that afternoon and had fully resolved my problem. This type of follow through is so rare in many companies . I just wanted to sing her praises and thank TD bank
