The service people are very thoughtful. A contract is expensive, but because, ants and spiders can never be eliminated, so periodic visits are necessary. We have had occasional infestation of carpenter ants and wasp nest which have been treated and removed effectively.

Shaun Saul is our regular service provider to our address for several years and has provided the service we needed to prevent issues to our home. Western has good service with email notices regarding service dates and Shaun as well even provides a direct contact if we have a need with issues. Good customer service.

I have been with western for last couple of years, they take care of issues at home. If an additional visit is needed they do give me a quick appointment to take care of issues, which is greatly appreciated.
