Affinity Veterinary Center of Malvern

I’ve been taking my dog to Affinity since I adopted him 10 months ago. They are amazing and so caring! He recently had a bout of gastroenteritis and was vomiting repeatedly. The team told me to bring him in right away and immediately ran some tests to identify what was going on. Dr. Goss recommended he receive supportive care at a pet hospital overnight, but couldn’t find any area hospitals with room. The team was able to care for him there until they were able to find a spot open later that day. He’s fully recovered thanks to their amazing efforts! They really came through during the most frightening experience I’ve ever had with my dog. They are fantastic and I trust them completely!

We've been taking our pets to Affinity for the last 6 years. We continue to be delighted with the care we all receive there. Each staff member is professional, kind, thoughtful and knowledgeable. I have never felt rushed or like we were a burden. Dr. Goss, Dr. Meredith and Dr. Bolash are expert diagnosticians who listen incredibly well to our concerns and fears. Our boxer lived to be 16 years old. I credit her longevity, in large part, to the excellent care she received at Affinity.

Our French bulldog has been going here for 5 years and we have nothing but positive things to say about this place! Our dog has been treated like family and we wholeheartedly trust Affinity to advise and treat our dog appropriately. They are reasonable when it comes to pricing and the staff is very friendly. Highly recommend Affinity for any and all pet care services!

We are so thankful we found Affinity! Our rescue pup, Rusty, has had more than his fair share of issues over the years, and Affinity has been by our side every step of the way providing amazing care. Every staff member has treated Rusty as if he was their own, and that comfort goes such a long way. A bonus is the office set-up, it lacks the cold, sterile feel of other offices we tried first. Dr. Meredith and her staff are thorough and have caught things early which have allowed us so much extra time with our sweet boy. We cannot say enough wonderful things about Affinity!

7 months after moving to the area, my husband and I brought home our first puppy, a Sheepadoodle! They have cared for Henry as their own and have been more than professional and reliable. They are organized and timely. Every person from the Vets to the vet techs and other applicable staff have been very friendly, too. And since you are unable to go in, they call you once they are finished. And every call is never rushed, you are welcome to ask questions, and it is very thorough.
We had an emergency visit yesterday and I was very thankful they were able to fit Henry into their schedule as he needed attention quickly. Over the next 24 hours, they have followed up with me twice to ensure Henry is recovering on pace. I love the follow ups. From a business standpoint, I just really appreciate when people/companies say they are going to follow up and actually do follow through with their word!
