AFC Urgent Care Cheltenham

I love this place. The doctors that o have experienced have been great. Dr. Kramer and office manager Wanda helped me my last visit and truly they are people persons. They kept me calm and I suffer with anxiety. They listened to me and made sure I had my questions answered. I’ve been here multiple times with my kids and myself and I’ve never had a bad experience.

Grateful for Urgent Cares with great staff! At this location, check in process was very quick and easy at a Kiosk and I was also seen very quickly. The front desk was welcoming and informative in terms of copay, and so were my doctor and nurse after being seen. The waiting area was clean. And smelled sanitized! Overall, great experience and this will be my go to location!

I first walked in the entrance of Urgent Care and everything was orderly and clean. I wasn’t feeling well but that put me at ease. I entered my info into the computer and waited to be seen. The ladies were getting people in and out of there efficiently so I liked that as well. After I was seen they checked all vitals and 20min later told me what I had and let me know what I had to do and I left feeling better…

The receptionist and/or front desk assistant was very pleasant over the phone as well as in person. The atmosphere of the lobby was calm and quiet for the most part. Clean. Bathroom available within the lobby which was clean. The front desk assistant informed me of the possible wait time without having to ask. Though it was a wait and 11 people were ahead of me, 2 hours was better than 4-6 hours in a hospital emergency lobby. The convenience in the wait was the location was the availability to go into one of the stores to shop if your condition for being at Urgent Care allowed you too, grab a bite to eat, or pick up an item or two needed from one of the surrounding stores in the plaza as you waited.

The doctor's assistant who took my vitals when called back into one of the rooms, was friendly and patient relations oriented. The doctor, Dr. Kramer, was attentive to my medical concern. He definitely had good Dr to patient soft skills. Listened. I didn't feel rushed or as if I was just a number on a list to get in and out. He also gave me referrals to a few specialist if needed. He diagnosed my issue. Called in prescriptions to aide me to feel better at my local pharmacy. I left feeling better than I went in.

Would recommend this Urgent Care to facility to family and friends.
