I am so happy I found this company! My husband and I came home from a trip to find a lake of water coming out from under the fridge. After getting jerked around by Samsung, we decided to call Accurate Plumbing after reading their fantastic reviews. Bryson Smith was able to come the next day and he was amazing. He was extremely clean (wore booties throughout the whole job and pretty sure our kitchen was cleaner after he left), professional, knowledgeable, and personable. He took care of the issue in 20 minutes and we have not had a problem since. I would definitely use them again for future plumbing issues and have already recommended them to some local family members!

From the moment I spoke to Accurate Plumbing on the phone I knew I had made the right call. The lady on the phone was so nice and able to get someone out to my house right away to take care of the blockage preventing my kitchen sink from draining properly. Our plumber Sean could not have been any more awesome! He was professional, knowledgeable and took care to fully explain what went into my particular job - just an all around nice guy! He was very neat about his work. I made quite a mess trying to resolve the issue myself and when he left the area was neater than when he arrived. It is nice to encounter someone who takes pride in what they do.

Sean was immediately professional & respectful of both me & my home. Clearly explained the details of finding where the clog was . This is not a simple task but he was thorough . and resolved the issue . The repair was done in a very timely manner and Sean didn't hesitate to answer any & all questions we had\

We are a small business and have been using Accurate Plumbing for several years now. We recently had a major incident with our sewerage line with some unexpected twists. Our technician Steve had diagnosed a problem with about half our building and had scheduled a time to break through our floor and repair a broken pipe. The day Steve, Lance and their team showed up to make the repair water was unexpectedly flowing out of our second bathroom toilet. They were calm, stopped the immediate problem and diagnosed all my issues. They needed to cut more concrete and replace a length of pipe for a second repair. I was informed during the entire process with camera shots of all the issues before work was done. I could keep going on because I can't thank them enough. They were fair and kept me operable during the job. I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs large and small.
