A C Automatic Transmissions

We had a wet corner in our basement wall and mold. They cut out the lower section of drywall and put in a sub pump and re cemented the whole area. Covered all the carpeting stairs and left the area completely clean. We walked the finished area and we’re completely satisfied . Extremely nice workers Small job but they came and did the job within 2 weeks.

Had a bad basement flood. Frank responded to my email request quickly with a personal text. He came out the next day and gave me a great price. Within 3 days of accepting the quote, Jesus and the team came out and installed a French drain and pump system in one day. They were respectful, clean and followed all my requests. Would recommend this company in the future!

Every time it rained heavy we would be downstairs with 2-3 shop vacs trying to get all the water up as quickly as we could. Since having our basement waterproofed by these guys we have not had one drop of water come in! (And we’ve had lots of rain lately) Would absolutely recommend!

I hired Basement Waterproofing Etc to install French drains and a new more powerful sump pump in my basement. It only took them 2 days to rework the entire perimeter of a century-old home with underground lines. I look forward to hiring Frank and his crew for further work.

We had BWE install an interior footing drain in February. The crew was efficient and respectful of our property. They installed 100' of drain, and mini-trench drain at the Bilco door and around the water heater. The drain was attached to an existing sump pit, and they installed a new pump. By nature, this is a very messy project. They did their best to keep our belongings covered, and cleaned up when finished.

I am very pleased to report that the basement has remained dry throughout the spring and summer, and we have had no issues with water coming up though the slab, as we have had in the past. I highly recommend Basement Waterproofing Etc for your waterproofing needs.

After having a vehicle serviced at another transmission garage twice and failed to correct the problem because the other garage ripped us off and actually never did any work but maybe replace maybe one part out of all of the parts on the transmission and only lasted 50 miles twice

I did not have service done here but I do have a client that did. Here's the background & why I can rate & review:
I'm also a mechanic and do work on site but the internal workings of a transmission, you must understand, is a specialized field not for a typical technician or mechanic. One of my client's trucks was stuck on his work site (landscaping company owner). He had issues with the manual transmission stuck in gear while the truck was fully loaded, shortly before the end of his work day. I arrived around 6p & I couldn't out of gear either because of the weight of the load. So I contacted a tow truck company, Rob's on rte 413 (great people there too, like Ray from dispatch & Andrew the driver). Unfortunately, the tow truck driver also needed my assistance in loading it, because the truck was stuck in gear AND fully loaded... in order to move or load the truck, it needed to be in neutral so it wouldn't hurt the trans or rear differential. I had to go under and remove the driveshaft, while the tow truck driver held the brakes.

So after following the tow truck driver & client to this transmission shop, I also helped unload it. I followed to only chock the truck properly for overnight drop off and serve as a translator for my client.

I came back the following morning to retrieve my chocks and to reconnect the driveshaft, only to find that their mechanic (I think owner too) was working on it. The driveshaft was already reinstalled and truck was no longer stuck in gear. I did talk to the mechanic to get a feel on his knowledge and work practice and relay that info to my/our client. I was impressed with his honesty, and he was very upfront about all the client's truck issues. Because of his honesty alone, I'd recommend this shop. I also think he goes out his way to be sure the customer is happy and does not return for subquality work. Very rare in any field these days.
