309 Mobile Storage is a very professionally ran business. Dan was very consistent in his running the business. Easy pay by phone procedure. The POD pick up/ drop off procedure was very easy, especially for a mom with a young child, it made storing my items until I found the right place a Breeze. The storage units are very affordable and none of my items got damaged, I unpacked them exactly how I left them 😇 Txs

The service representative was extremely professional. He arrived on time and after assessing the repair situation it was determined that I could opt out of the original request because he provided access to the shutoff valve. The representative name was Matt and I want to express my gratitude for him being forthcoming and not just doing repair work because it was requested. I had service from Lucas E Ramos today. He was very polite and informative about my furnace and why it wasn't working. He explained all of the problems and recommended a new one due to the cost of the parts. He took the time with me and showed me what the estimate would cost for me to get each part that that i would have needed individually. He also called the office and got an appointment scheduled for me for them to come out and discuss my options and financing for a new one. I would highly recommend him to service anyone's heating service. He is very experienced and I would gladly have him come back out for me again in the future.

Highly professional, keep me updated on the arrival time and who will be the technician. Hogan was very knowledgeable about how the system works giving us some important recommendations which will appreciate, very satisfied with the work done. First I make an appointment with Blue Dot they make me wait for 6 weeks on the day of the visit they cancel arguing that it was some more important appointment. Need to revise the policy for customer service. New Horizons fill all my needs from the moment I call until the service was done. Thank you for the great organized team. Happy Holidays

The whole process was very easy with Horizon. My heater, air conditioner, and hot water heater all needed to be replaced. The repair person was honest in his assessment of my situation. The salesman thoroughly explained my options. The installation team was top-notch. All the work was completed in one day. Very highly recommended!

My wife and I recently moved and needed a storage pod for some of our belongings. Dan was exceptional to deal with throughout the whole process. He was prompt and professional. Highly recommend!

All of a sudden our [very old] faucet stopped working properly and we knew further use would cause damage, so we called Horizon. I was shocked that they scheduled us in immediately.

I was only expecting one technician, but two arrived. They were very friendly, and soon learned the second man was in training. We were quoted a crazy amount for labor, new faucet, and replacement. But, my husband ran to the store to get a replacement from Lowes which cut the price in half.

Seemed ridiculous to spend so much money on just a faucet since we are renovating in a few months anyway. But they were able to replace it for us before they even left (also very surprising that we didn’t have to be rescheduled like other plumbing companies will do).

We’ve been on and off customers of Horizon since 2014, and it’s nice to see that they are just as kind and efficient as they were nearly 10 years ago.

I thoroughly enjoy dealing with both Bruce and Dan every time I encounter them at 309 Mobile Storage. This father/son team is so very customer oriented, very professional, kind, courteous, responsive, friendly, and I could go on & on. Thank you both very much! I'm a customer for life!
